Okay, so I’ve been seeing these Crumbl cookies all over the internet, and their oatmeal cookies looked especially delicious. I thought, “Why not try making them myself?” So, that’s exactly what I did! Here’s how it went down.

Make Crumbl Copycat Oatmeal Cookie Recipe: Quick and Easy Baking Fun!

First off, I gathered all the stuff I needed. I already had most of it in my kitchen – you know, the usual baking things like flour, sugar, butter. I did have to run to the store to grab some rolled oats, though. I checked a bunch of recipes online, and most of them used old-fashioned rolled oats, not the quick-cooking kind, so that’s what I got.

Then, I started by creaming together the butter and sugars. I just used my regular electric hand mixer, nothing fancy. You want to do this until it’s all light and fluffy – took me about 3-4 minutes. After that, I beat in the eggs and some vanilla extract. That part was easy peasy.

In a separate bowl, I mixed all the dry ingredients together: the flour, those rolled oats I bought, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Gotta say, cinnamon is the secret weapon here, it makes the whole thing smell amazing.

Next, I slowly added the dry stuff to the wet stuff, mixing it on low speed. You don’t want to overmix it, just until it’s all combined. The dough looked a bit crumbly, but that’s okay.

Now for the fun part – I rolled the dough into these big balls. I made mine pretty huge because, well, Crumbl cookies are known for being massive! I placed them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one. They do spread out a bit while baking.

I baked them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. The recipes I saw had different baking times, but I found that around 12-15 minutes worked best for my oven. You want the edges to be golden brown, but the center should still be a little soft.

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Bake until golden brown.

Once they were done, I let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely. It was tough to wait, they smelled so good!

And there you have it – my homemade version of Crumbl’s oatmeal cookies. They turned out pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. They were buttery, chewy, and had that perfect hint of cinnamon. And they even looked like oatmeal cookies! Definitely going to make these again. You should try it too! They are like a hearty breakfast in cookie form!
