Oh, honey, you gotta try these fluffernutter cookies! They’re just the cat’s meow, I tell ya. So easy to make, even I can do it, and I ain’t no fancy baker.

Fluffernutter Cookies: Easy Recipe (Plus Tips for the Perfect Treat)

First off, you gotta get your stuff together. Here’s what you need:

  • Butter, the real kind, not that fake stuff.
  • Sugar, white and brown, makes ’em nice and sweet.
  • Eggs, fresh from the coop if you got ’em, otherwise store-bought is fine.
  • Peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, your choice.
  • That fluffy stuff, marshmallow fluff, oh, it’s good!
  • Flour, just regular ol’ flour.
  • Baking soda, just a pinch.
  • Salt, don’t forget the salt.

Now, you just mix the butter and sugars together ’til it’s all fluffy like a cloud. Then crack in them eggs, one at a time, mixin’ each one good. Next comes the peanut butter, stir that in real good, get it all nice and smooth. That marshmallow fluff, plop that in there too. Don’t be shy, get it all mixed up.

In another bowl, you just whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then you slowly add that dry stuff to the wet stuff, mixin’ it just enough ’til it’s all combined. Don’t go crazy with the mixin’, you’ll make ’em tough.

Now comes the fun part. You take little spoonfuls of that dough, I just use my hands, and roll ’em into balls. Place ’em on a cookie sheet, don’t crowd ’em too much, give ’em room to spread out.

Bake ’em in the oven, not too hot, not too cold, just right. Keep an eye on ’em, you don’t want ’em to burn. When they’re golden brown, they’re done. Take ’em out, let ’em cool a bit before you gobble ’em up.

These fluffernutter cookies, they’re just the best, I tell ya. The peanut butter and that marshmallow, oh, it’s a match made in heaven. They’re soft and chewy, just how I like ’em. Perfect for a snack, or dessert, or anytime you need a little somethin’ sweet.

Why you gonna love these cookies? Well, let me tell ya. First off, that peanut butter and marshmallow, it’s like they were meant to be together. Sweet and nutty, it’s just the best flavor combination. And they’re so soft, melt in your mouth kind of soft. Not like those hard cookies that break your teeth.
