Alright, let me tell you about my Long Beach breakfast adventure. I decided to try this new breakfast spot everyone’s been raving about, you know?

First thing’s first, I woke up kinda late, around 9:30. Snoozed a couple of times, I ain’t gonna lie. Then I jumped outta bed, threw on some clothes, and hopped in the car. Had to fight through some traffic, typical Long Beach stuff, but finally made it to the place. It’s called “Sunrise Bites,” super cute name, right?
Got there, and there was a line already! I was like, “Seriously?” But I figured, hey, if there’s a line, it must be good. So I waited, checked my phone, scrolled through Instagram, you know how it is.
After like, maybe 20 minutes, I finally got inside. The place was buzzing! Super lively, lots of chatter, the smell of coffee and bacon was everywhere. I grabbed a menu and started scanning. They had everything! Pancakes, waffles, omelets, breakfast burritos… I was overwhelmed.
I finally settled on the “Long Beach Special” – it was basically a breakfast burrito with eggs, chorizo, potatoes, cheese, and this spicy salsa verde. Sounded perfect. I also ordered a side of hash browns because, why not?
Found a little table in the corner and waited for my food. The waitress was super friendly, kept checking in, making sure I had enough coffee. Thumbs up for service!
When the food finally came, it was huge! The burrito was massive, and the hash browns were golden brown and crispy. I dug in. The burrito was packed with flavor, the chorizo had a nice kick, and the salsa verde was amazing. The hash browns were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
I ate the whole thing, every last bite. Okay, maybe I left a couple of hash browns. I was stuffed! Seriously, I was waddling when I left the place.

Overall, it was a pretty awesome breakfast experience. The food was great, the service was good, and the atmosphere was fun. Would I go back? Definitely! Maybe next time I’ll try the pancakes.
- The Good: Tasty food, friendly service, lively atmosphere.
- The Not-So-Good: The line was a bit long, but worth it.
So yeah, that was my Long Beach breakfast adventure. If you’re ever in the area, check out Sunrise Bites. Just be prepared to wait in line!
