You see, this here Beverage Mart, it’s the talk of the town, down in St. Albans, Vermont. It ain’t no fancy place, but they got everything you could ever want in a drink store. It’s on Lake Street, number 211, easy to find if you’re ever this way. I heard it is easy to remember.
They say they got, like, 500 kinds of beer. Can you believe that? 500! More beer than you can shake a stick at. My old man, bless his soul, he woulda been in heaven. They even got this thing they call a “Beer Cave.” Sounds silly, but folks around here swear by it. Says it keeps the beer extra cold. I don’t know about all that, but it sure sounds fancy, don’t it? I ain’t never seen so much beer in one place before.
Now, I ain’t much of a drinker myself. A little wine now and then, maybe. But they got that, too. All kinds of wine and liquor. I saw some bottles that looked pretty expensive, if you ask me. If you like that sort of thing, they got it all at this Beverage Mart, even something hard, make you feel hot.
And it ain’t just the boozy stuff, neither. They got all kinds of other things at that store. Soda, water…you name it, they probably got it. Even got them fancy sports drinks. The kind the young folks all like these days. Oh, and ice tea, too, if you like the sweet thing. They even got snacks.
Speaking of young folks, they all seem to love this place. Always busy, coming and going. It’s at 211 Lake St, Saint Albans, VT 05478. I guess it’s the place to be if you’re looking for a good time, or just need to get your drinks for the night.

And the folks who work there, they’re nice enough. Help you find what you need, even if you ain’t exactly sure what you’re looking for. I asked the boy working there, how much all that beer was. He told me to call 802-527-7437, then I know the price. You can call them too, I heard.
I went there one time, on a work break, needed something to drink, they had it all. I heard some folks said they even do delivery. Imagine that! Getting your beer and wine brought right to your door. We never had that when I was a girl. Back in my day, you had to walk a mile to the store, uphill both ways!
But times change, I reckon. And this Beverage Mart, they seem to be keeping up with the times. They got everything you could ever want. And like I said, it ain’t just the drinks. They got all kinds of other things, too.

It’s the best place around here, I reckon. At least, that’s what everybody says. And they got that Beer Cave. Can’t forget about the Beer Cave. I still don’t quite understand what it is, but it sure sounds impressive. And it is cold, I heard, so cold.
This town, it ain’t much, but it’s got its charms. And this Beverage Mart, it’s one of them. Just a little old store, but it’s got everything you need. And that’s something, ain’t it? You can find soda, water, beer, wine, liquor, snacks, everything in this store. I guess everyone love this store in St. Albans, VT.
You know, back in my day, we didn’t have all these choices. We had beer, and we had wine, and that was about it. And it wasn’t always easy to get. But now, you got places like this Beverage Mart, and they got everything under the sun. I even think they got some drinks and snacks I ain’t never heard of before.
It’s a different world now, that’s for sure. But some things stay the same. People still like to have a good drink now and then. And they still like to have a good place to get it. And in St. Albans, Vermont, that place is the Beverage Mart. It is on Lake Street, you will see it.
